Me. That's who. I haven't done much. At all. All summer.

There is just way too much work to be done. SCHOOL IS CONSUMING ME GAAAHHH!!!

So for the reason I'm posting this journal. I just noticed today that I am 150 pageviews away from 15k. Which is a pretty big accomplishment and something I feel is worth celebrating. So, whoever catches my kiriban can request any sort of drawing they want from me. Any characters, any show, any pairing, and I'll draw it for them. Just take a screenshot and link it to me or something. Just so I know that it was in fact you who visited my page. And heck, if you're within a couple digits, still take a screenshot and send me it anyways. If no one gets the exact number, I'll take whoever gets the closest

Now that that is taken care of, I want to inform you that you should all go watch Sengoku Basara right now. Do it. Right now. It is completely epic and totally hilarious (as long as you don't take it too seriously). It has the best Sasuke ever. I'm not joking. Best Sasuke ever. If it helps anyone out, it is an anime based on a video game. So everything that happens sort of falls in line with the way stuff would happen in a video game. But it's wonderful.

I guess I could give a more in depth overview of how my life in general is going, but it's really not that important. Nothing too exciting has happened except school and working. Fall break is coming up in like two and a half weeks, and I'm really looking forward to that (yay getting to visit my boyfriend and all the rest of my friends from my old school). It will be fun. But very busy up until my fall break starts. Yay school...

Also, anime club this fall features a winning line up of anime. Sengoku Basara is one of the ones we are watching (we started watching it and I liked it so much I couldn't contain myself and ended up watching the whole thing). We are also watching Nodame Cantabile, Kurokami, and Eden of the East (which has the most hilarious first episode I think I've ever seen). I'm pretty sure that I'm going to go to the Halloween party as Marie from Soul Eater. We'll see how that goes. Last year I gave up on my costume idea and made something up as I went along.

Ah well, such is life. I'll try to see if I can update more frequently. No promises since I'm busy, but I will do whatever is asked of me for the 15k request in a timely manner. That I do promise. Keep your eyes open and make sure to send me a screenshot

I'm still alive! Aren't you glad?

Okay, probably not. Since I have not been good on my word and have still failed hard at posting new things. If it helps I got an XBox and a DS so now can play silly video games in my free time. Actually, I don't have a lot of free time. I work my butt off. Which isn't surprising. And the time I have off I'm usually lurking on the internet or talking to my friends/boyfriend.

But yeah, maybe someday I'll actually be a worthwhile individual and have new stuff up for you guys. For now I leave you with this... [link]

I am finished with my second year of college. That's pretty exciting. Now I just need to get 39 credits in the next year, and I can be a senior when I'm supposed to be one. And then graduate when I'm supposed to. That would be pretty cool. Overall, I think the school year was good. It wasn't very terrible and I really, really like being an art major, even if it is a lot of work. Essentially, I have a week off until I take 3 weeks of intense Spanish in May. I'll get my first language requirement out of the way. Then I'll just have to take Spanish 2 and 3, and I'll have met the required amount of language. So it'll be a short intense 3 weeks, but the subject shouldn't be too hard since I took Spanish in high school. The hardest part will probably be waking up at 6 in the morning to make it to class.

So during this time, I'll try to work on my fanfics/art that anyone had been waiting for.

I will be working again this summer, and I know I will be quite tired from that. It might put a little hinder on the speed that I finish stuff, but I promise I will try my hardest to get it done. Everyone has just been so awesome about waiting, and I'm going to try to make it up to you.

I am well into my week of torture. This weekend is essentially the most hectic and ridiculous weekend of my life. I also wouldn't be surprised if I ended up getting a negative amount of sleep on Monday night/Tuesday morning. I have about 40 more sketches that need done for my drawing class on Tuesday. I need to have progressed a decent amount on an assignment for that class, as well. And, of course, I need to have my clothing project for 3-D class finished. The clothing project is so close to being done that I can taste it. The other two not so much. Them not being done will affect how much sleep I get, and I'll likely be spending quite a few dollars on energy drinks this week.

After that is Easter. I don't get off. But hopefully (and I'm crossing my fingers on this) my boyfriend is going to come visit during his Easter break. A lot of my other friends are also going to be at home, and seeing how my birthday is in approximately two weeks, we're planning on having a party for me a week early. It should be fun. It gives me something to look forward to after I get next week finished at the very least. And considering that I'm also going to be cleaning a lot as well as all the school work, a fun break will be absolutely necessary.

Following that I have about two weeks of school left total. I'll have to finish a drawing project, there's a group project for the 3-D class, two papers, and another group project for literature. After that is finals, and I get a couple days off before I start back up again for an intense three weeks in May filled with Spanish. 4 days a week, 4 hours a day. Just awesome.

I did successfully schedule my classes for next semester. Mondays and Wednesdays aren't going to be any fun at all. 6 hours of class a day is a pretty painful proposition. (I'm loling at my own alliteration).

I guess you can pretty obviously tell that I'm swamped and that there is no possible way that I could have worked on anything to upload here. However, I have been keeping mostly up to date on the anime/manga I am watching/reading. Naruto is getting pretty cool. Bleach, yeah not so much. Both the Kuroshitsuji and Soul Eater anime finished this week. Kuroshitsuji was sad, but very much appropriate in context with the rest of story. Soul Eater greatly disappointed me. That's what happens when you go ahead and conclude a story before the manga is finished. I'm sure I'll be reading the manga at some point to get a better ending to the story.

I also recently began reading Ga-Rei. We've been watching the prequel anime, Ga-Rei Zero, in anime club, and I was interested in the rest of the story that follows. I think it's quite good. Not exactly the same story as in the anime, but it's got the feeling of legitimate shonen romance. It's got the cliches, but it twists them in just the right way to make it an appealing story. Another anime I highly recommend watching is Kannagi, aka Crazy Shrine Maidens (if you remember things better in English). It's a giant parody of anime. It's absolutely silly.

I think that's everything. I apologize for my incessant bitching. I can't help it. Honestly.
